2011 WINTER CONVENTION GIFT CERTIFICATES

There will be drawings for four Gift Certificates
One (1) $100.00 Gift Certificate at 10 am
One (1) $100.00 Gift Certificates at 11 am
One (1) $100.00 Gift Certificates
at Noon
One (1) $100.00 Gift Certificate at 1 pm.
General Rules are as follows:
Each paying customer on Saturday, November 12, 2011, shall receive a "ticket" upon entering the Winter Convention. Similarly, each paying customer on Sunday, November 13, 2011 shall receive a "ticket" upon entering the Winter Convention. Saturday drawings will be with "tickets" distributed on Saturday, and Sunday drawings will be with "tickets" distributed on Sunday. Saturday "tickets" will not be used in the Sunday drawings.
Additional Rules for drawings on both Saturday and Sunday: The number on each "ticket" shall correspond to another "ticket" that will be entered into the drawing. At the times listed above, the winning "ticket" will be drawn from all eligible entries. If the holder of the initial winning "ticket" is not present at the time of the drawing, another "ticket" will then be drawn. This process will continue until a winner is announced. WSSCA has sole and absolute discretion regarding all aspects of these drawings and each Gift Certificate, including but not limited to deciding the winners of each drawing, deciding whether an entrant is an "eligible" entrant, and deciding whether or not an individual is present at the time of a drawing.
Dealers and Dealer Helpers are not eligible to enter the drawings for the Gift Certificates, and certainly are not eligible to receive and/or redeem the Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates have zero ($0) cash value. Gift Certificates can be redeemed at any dealer table, solely for dealer merchandise. Under no circumstances can Gift Certificates be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates can be used at a maximum of two (2) dealer tables. The WSSCA Winter Convention VP shall accommodate the winner of a Gift Certificate to a maximum of two (2) dealer tables to redeem dealer merchandise. Sorry Ron and Donna, Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed at the Snack Bar. Gift Certificates are only valid and redeemable at the Winter Convention until 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 13, 2011. If a Gift Certificate, or any part thereof, is not redeemed by 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 13, 2011, then it shall not thereafter be honored.
For Dealers Receiving Gift Certificates: The WSSCA Winter Convention VP shall "cash out" any Dealer receiving a Gift Certificate on Saturday and/or Sunday. Dealers shall be "cashed out" as soon as reasonably possible by the WSSCA Winter Convention VP.
